John Buckingham, excentric billionaire loves pirates and has recently bought a beautiful clipper ship to restore and live on. During restoration, unexplained event started to take place. Workers and crew are reporting item failing without reason, ghostly apperations appearing and then disappearing, a strange voice saying "GET OUT". Through your teams research you have found the ship was owned by Black Bart. Legend has it, Black Bart was killed by a few of his crew during a battle with the English, because they wanted his treasure. His final words were "Curse those who covet my treasure". Neither Black Barts body or treasure has ever been found. Its your teams task to find the cursed treasure and remove it from the ship.
